  • 150 g (5 oz) white chocolate

  • 500 ml (2 cups) coconut milk

  • 85 g (1/4 cup) honey

  • 6 g (2.5 tsp) agar agar

  • 7 g (2 tsp) matcha powder

  • 3–5 tbsp water

  1. Place the chopped white chocolate into a mixing bowl.

  2. Heat the coconut milk and honey in a pot until warm.
