Living Jin ships to all 50 U.S. states and ships on Weekdays via USPS Ground and, UPS for some addresses. Shipments can be delivered any day of the week.
Tracking
Customers will be notified via email with your tracking number when items are starting to be processed in our warehouse.
Receiving
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality.
Returns
All food sales are final. Living Jin is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address. For all merchandise returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping expense associated with returning the product(s) to our location. We will issue merchandise refunds upon receipt of returned product(s).
