I am lactose intolerant and was excited to try this Vegan cheese mix. I used it with a chicken casserole dish and it has a really good cheddar flavor. I am a Registered dietitian- so my only complaint is the coconut oil used does make it higher in fat/calories. I used sparingly and it provided a nice flavor. Great for lactose intolerant people!

Very impressed. Usually, I am not that great with spicy food, but adding a few tablespoons of this powder made it deliciously spicy and cheesy at the same time. Does not have those fake artificial cheese flavors.

Love cheese dipping sauce for pretty much anything from nachos to pretzels to pasta to salads. but I always worry about eating too much. This vegan cheese sauce freed me from the worries and made me purely enjoy foods with the cheese sauce! ;)
Since I saw a review about adding the cheese powder to Buldak ramen, I tried and pleasantly surprised by the spicy yet mild taste of it. Ate it with my kids and they loved it even more than I did. :)

This Vegan Cheese Powder adds good flavor to soups and beans. Its mixes well and I like that it is stored in a convenient pouch. I have tried the premixed vegan cheese sauce that comes in glass jars and was very disappointed. I like that this comes in powdered form and I can mix it into things instead of using it as a sauce. It's also very convenient to store and lasts longer, as once it's opened it does not need to be refrigerated.

Impressed would be an understatement when describing this cheese powder. When comparing this to boxed dinner, this is so much better. It actually has a cheddar flavor over boxed dinner's salty yellow glop. And, it's super easy to make without having to add the expense of butter and milk. You could follow the directions, or you can drain most of the water out of you boiled pasta, then dump the appropriate amount of powder in and stir. If it feels too watery, put it back on the stove and heat it up again while stirring, it will thicken up. It's low sodium, so you may add salt to taste.
This stuff is surprisingly good. It has a very slight sweetness from the coconut oil, but it has a great cheddar flavor. I'm actually shocked at how well it turned out and the flavor it had. If all I make from this is Mac n cheese, I'd be happy, however I'll figure out other things I can make with this powder. If you're looking for a dairy alternative or you want a vegan option, this is the stuff, it truly is the cheesiest.

This Magic Cheese Vegan Cheese Powder is incredibly fast and easy to make! I do crave mac n cheese, and I used to get it at a vegan restaurant in Manhattan on occasion. This is just a bit more convenient (since we live about an hour and a half from there).
I made some rice noodles and followed the instructions to mix the powder with water and microwave it. Once the noodles were cooked, I drained them and mixed them into the sauce. I found the flavor to be pleasant but a bit sweeter than typical. I added fresh ground pepper and some sea salt and enjoyed my meal.

This vegan cheddar cheese powder is quick & easy to prepare and tastes great. Simply blend with water, then microwave for 30-45 seconds and stir well. You can heat it on a stovetop instead, which would be convenient for camping, etc. I used it as a cheese dip and it was delicious. It has a nice cheese flavor and a smooth, creamy texture. It is also great for mac & cheese, and nacho cheese.
This comes in a resealable, foil-lined Kraft bag. The listed ingredients look natural and clean. Contains wheat, and soy though. Overall, this is a nice surprise for me. It is vegan and yet tastes like real cheese. Smooth and creamy, which makes it great for dipping, or as a pour-over sauce. It is a delicious, vegan alternative. I like it a lot. It is worth giving it a try. Good product.
