Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations & Methods Living Jin proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are typically processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We primarily utilize USPS Ground and UPS depending on the shipping address and package size. Shipments can be delivered any day of the week based on the carrier's schedule.

Order Processing & Tracking Once your order is successfully placed, please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process and pack your items. Customers will be notified via email with a tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

Receiving Your Order Our products are packed with the utmost care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. While our products (such as our plant-based powders and wellness guards) are shelf-stable, we strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address to prevent theft or weather-related damage. Living Jin is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays resulting from shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges For detailed information regarding returns, including our rules on unopened food items and wellness products, please refer to our official [Return & Refund Policy]. For all eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping expenses associated with returning the product(s) to our processing facility.
