1. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER The content on this Site and the products sold through Living Jin (including, but not limited to, Agar Agar, Sourdough Starter, and Nipple Guards) are provided for informational and lifestyle purposes only.

  • Dietary Products: Statements regarding our food products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new diet or supplement.

  • Wellness Products: If you have sensitive skin or a pre-existing skin condition, consult a doctor before using our Nipple Guards. If irritation, rash, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

2. TERMS OF SALE AND PRICING By placing an order on our Site, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product at the time of purchase.

  • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or technical glitches. We reserve this right even if the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Product Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
